Return & Replacement Policy

In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with our products and want to return them, please inform us within 48 hours of product delivery. Return requests will not be valid post 48 hours of product delivery. You can initiate the return process by messaging on WhatsApp us at +91 7984725657 or by emailing us at queenzart22@gmail.com.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items sold under gift cards.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days after confirmation email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 100% refund is applicable ONLY if evidence is submitted in video recorded format while opening the package when received.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
